Absolutely nothing, except that I eat a lot of it.

What’s the best Ethiopian restaurant in Seattle?

Sadly, I’ve been so busy in Seattle I haven’t been able to try every Ethiopian restaurant here [yet]. The best so far is Kokeb.

Where are the recipes?

I’m a horrible cook, so recipes aren’t of much interest to me – and therefore aren’t on this blog. If you’re more culinarily inclined, try these Ethiopian recipes (and tell me how they turned out!).

Can I contribute a review?

Absolutely! Read our ratings guidelines, then email me your review. I can’t guarantee I’ll post it, but your odds are good.

Thanks for stopping by. I try to be as objective in my reviews as possible, and I understand every restaurant has its off nights. If I’ve made a factual error, please correct me, and I’ll update the blog. However, I will not take down any truthful comments about bad food and/or service. If you’re concerned my site will leave potential customers with a bad impression, I suggest you treat your future customers well and encourage them to review you on high-profile sites like Yelp.
